Yuriy Tsvetkov

Yuriy Tsvetkov is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Readdle since August 2021. Prior to this role, Yuriy held the position of Counsel at Baker McKenzie from July 2018 to April 2021 and served as Head of Legal (Ukraine) at Cub Energy Inc. from April 2011 to June 2018. Yuriy's earlier experience includes working as Tax & Legal Counsel at KPMG Ukraine and as Legal Counsel at Procter & Gamble and MTN Investment Holding. Yuriy holds an LL.M. with Honors in Corporate and Securities Law from the University of Toronto and two law degrees from International Solomon University, including a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws, both with Honors, in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law.
