Patti Christensen

Patti Christensen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Precision Plus since May 2018, where responsibilities include oversight of comprehensive human resources functions such as employee development, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and policy development. Prior to this role, Patti held various human resources positions, including Human Resources Manager at San Jamar Inc. and Manager of Employee Relations at Edgewood College. Additional experience includes serving as AVP - Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Johnson Bank and Director of Human Resources at Tax Airfreight, Inc. Patti’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate of Applied Science from Gateway Technical College.
