Kathryn Cook

Kathryn Cook currently serves as the Assistant Director of HR and Organizational Development at Reading Borough Council since April 2023, overseeing all HR and organizational development activities. Previous roles include Head of Organizational Development at the London Borough of Harrow from July 2019 to April 2023, and Interim Consultant at Worcestershire County Council from May 2018 to July 2019. Kathryn has extensive interim experience across multiple councils, focusing on culture change, organizational development, and managing significant transformation initiatives, including at Birmingham City Council and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Lancaster University.
