Paul Brown

Paul Brown has extensive experience in community sports development and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Impact and Safeguarding Lead at Reading FC Community Trust since October 2013. In this role, Paul Brown is responsible for the strategic oversight and development of community programs including Kicks and Step 2 Success, as well as fostering partnerships with various agencies to enhance community activities. Prior to this, Paul Brown held several positions within the Trust, including Senior Strategic Development and Premier League Kicks Lead. Earlier roles included Sports Development Officer at Wokingham Borough Council, where responsibilities included organizing holiday programs and marketing initiatives, and Football in the Community Coach at Aldershot Town Football Club, focusing on coaching diverse youth. Paul Brown holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University.
