Previously, Richard held similar positions at Colchester United Football Club and Wealdstone Football Club, showcasing a strong background in managing football kits and equipment. With a career spanning over a decade in this field, Richard has also worked as the Kit and Equipment Manager at Chesham United FC, Maidenhead United Football Club, and Burnham Football Club, in addition to serving as Kit Manager at Flackwell Heath FC. Richard's educational background includes completing studies at Brenchwood Secondary from 1984 to 1989.
