With experience spanning over several decades, Tad has held various roles such as Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Production Supervisor, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Plant Manager at companies like Reading Rock Inc, UGN Inc, Matthews International, and OSRAM SYLVANIA. Tad's expertise lies in process improvement, data analysis, and utilizing Six Sigma methodologies in industries such as automotive and manufacturing.
