Christopher Felter

Christopher Felter is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Reading Truck since July 2015. In this role, Christopher leads a team of various engineering professionals, ensuring that designs comply with customer and regulatory standards. Previous roles at Reading Truck include Program Manager, where Christopher successfully managed manufacturing programs that drove production growth, and Application Engineer, where significant revenue was generated through customer bids. Christopher’s career began at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included technical communication and product testing. Christopher holds an MBA focused on Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Penn State University.
