Jason Gehris

Jason Gehris has a strong background in engineering and product development. Jason has held various roles at Reading Truck Group, starting as an Industrial Engineer in May 2019. Jason then advanced to the position of Senior Engineering Manager - Sustaining and Custom Product in November 2019. From March 2021, Jason has taken on the role of Director of Product Engineering at Reading Truck Group.

Prior to their time at Reading Truck Group, Jason worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at M.H. EBY, Inc from February 2018 to May 2019.

From December 1999 to February 2018, Jason was part of The Reading Group, LLC, where they held several roles including Area Manager - Operations, Engineering Supervisor - Custom Product, Senior Designer - New Product Development, Senior Designer - Sustaining Product, Senior Designer - Research and Development, and Designer - Custom Product.

Jason Gehris attended Penn State University from 2012 to 2017, where they earned an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they studied at the Berks Career and Technology Center, where they obtained a degree in Drafting Design Technology and Computer Aided Drafting, specializing in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. Additionally, in December 2013, Jason obtained a SolidWorks Professional - Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systemes, followed by a SolidWorks Associate certification in February 2013.
