Rick Dickerson

Rick Dickerson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rick began their career at AMP Incorporated in 1984, where they served as a Product Team Manager responsible for overseeing sales and managing a team of engineers. Rick then moved on to work at Gannett Fleming in 1996 as a Project Manager, where their role included marketing, proposal preparation, project management, and problem resolution.

In 1999, Dickerson joined High Industries, initially as a Plant Manager at High Steel Structures Inc. Rick later became the Manager of Continuous Improvement, Engineering & Scheduling at the same company, introducing Lean methodologies and achieving significant annual savings. Rick then took on the role of Senior Area Manager at High Concrete Group LLC, successfully managing operations through a fire incident and implementing improvements in product quality and productivity.

From 2008 to 2013, Dickerson held the position of Manager of Strategic Projects at High Company LLC, where they initiated continuous improvement programs and successfully managed major capital projects. Finally, in 2018, they joined Reading Truck Group as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

Rick Dickerson completed their education in a chronological manner. Rick first attended Lehigh University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with honors. Rick also pursued a minor in Computer Science during this time. Following that, they attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1990, earning a Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on the field of study in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Rick Dickerson obtained two certifications. In 1994, they became a Professional Engineer through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Furthermore, in 2010, they obtained the Certified Energy Procurement Professional certification from The Association of Energy Engineers.
