Thomas Griebel has a strong background in game engine programming and software engineering. Thomas started their career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where they worked as a teaching assistant and a graduate research assistant, focusing on physical simulation applications and rendering algorithms. Thomas then joined Raven Software as a software engineer, specializing in game engine technology for the Call of Duty series, with a primary focus on rendering and visual effects. Later, they worked at id Software as an engine programmer before moving on to Ready At Dawn Studios and Meta, where they held senior positions in engine programming, specifically in graphics.
Thomas Griebel completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Loras College, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2012.
