Dominique Mielle

Dominique Mielle is one of our independent directors. Ms. Mielle joined our board of directors in March 2021 following the completion of our merger transaction with Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation. (“Anworth”) and served on the board of directors of Anworth prior to the merger transaction. She was a partner at Canyon Capital Advisors, LLC (“Canyon”) from August 1998 to December 2017, where she focused on the transportation, technology, retail and consumer products sectors, specialized in corporate and municipal bond securitizations, and was responsible for all aspects of Canyon’s collateralized loan obligations business.
