Underwriting Team

The Underwriting Team at Ready Capital is responsible for evaluating and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and the viability of commercial loan applications. This includes analyzing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with lending criteria and regulatory requirements to facilitate informed lending decisions. The team works collaboratively to support the origination, acquisition, and servicing of small- to medium-sized balance commercial loans.
