With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Mattie has held pivotal roles including Head of People at GiveCampus, VP People at Shogun, and Senior VP of Human Resources at EatStreet, contributing significantly to organizational growth and employee engagement. Mattie’s background also includes a successful tenure at Trunk Club, where strategic HR initiatives supported substantial revenue growth and facilitated a major acquisition. Mattie holds a B.A. in Performing Arts and Public Policy from Sarah Lawrence College and an M.P.A. in Public Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, further enhancing expertise in people operations and management.
