Chris Nettleton has worked in the accounting and finance industry since 1989. Chris began their career at First Brands as an Internal Audit and Manager of Financial Analysis, where they worked with KPMG on quarterly reviews and annual audits. Chris also managed the financial analysis and budgeting process, analyzed and managed monthly operating results, and provided marketing and sales with product/customer profitability analyses and pricing scenarios. In 1998, they moved to Heinz USA as a Manager of Financial Accounting and was responsible for the Financial Accounting process for Heinz North America. In 2002, they joined Del Monte Foods as a Director of Supply Chain Accounting, where they managed all Supply Chain Accounting operations. In 2014, they became the Assistant Controller at Del Monte Foods, Inc., and was responsible for the transition of financial records, controls, and processes as a result of a $1.7B sale of Del Monte Foods business. In 2016, they moved to Ainsworth Pet Nutrition as the Corporate Controller, where they were responsible for managing all accounting functions including analysis of actual results, internal and external reporting, back office and treasury functions, and ensuring a strong control environment for a $950M consumer products pet food producer. In 2019, they joined Tailored Pet Nutrition as the Corporate Controller. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Ready®.
