Elen Tukk

Elen Tukk's work experience includes roles in various companies. From 2022 to the present, they have served as the Head of People at Ready Player Me, a cross-game avatar platform for the metaverse. At Ready Player Me, they oversee the company's human resources department. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Rohtla Law Office OÜ starting in 2012. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Wise Ltd., where they held several positions including Global People Partner, Projects & Planning Lead - HR, HR Manager, Employee Relations and Reward Lead, and Stock Options Manager. Elen was responsible for various HR functions, including employee equity/stock options plans, compensation framework, and HR compliance. Before joining Wise Ltd., Elen Tukk worked as a Lawyer at EY from 2013 to 2014. Elen also served as a Legal Counsel at Broadgate Capital from 2007 to 2012 and as a Lawyer at SORAINEN from 2004 to 2007.

Elen Tukk holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences, which they earned from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Elen pursued this degree from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at the University of Tartu from 2000 to 2005.
