Markus Koponen

Markus Koponen has a diverse work experience in various customer service roles. Markus is currently working as a Customer Support Specialist at Ready Player Me since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Seriously Digital Entertainment as a Player Support Specialist from October 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for replying to players, managing daily contacts for Best Fiends Stars, and handling escalations from the outsourcing team.

Before joining Seriously Digital Entertainment, Markus worked at Helsingin kaupunki – Helsingfors stad – City of Helsinki as a Customer Service Representative/Transport Coordinator from March 2018 to October 2020. Markus also gained experience as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Gigantti Oy from September 2014 to March 2018. In the early stages of their career, Markus worked as a Casino Dealer at Veikkaus Oy from March 2011 to January 2013.

Markus Koponen attended Helsinki Business College Oy from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Sales and Marketing. Markus successfully completed their studies and earned the degree of Merkonomi.
