Heath Richey

Heath Richey has extensive work experience in the seafood and poultry industry. Heath currently serves as the Director of Operations at Ready Seafood Company since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pilgrim's for several years in various managerial roles, including Plant Manager from January 2019 to July 2022, Production Shift Manager from April 2017 to January 2019, Assistant Operations Manager from September 2016 to April 2017, and Management Trainee from May 2015 to September 2016.

Heath Richey attended Texas A&M University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences. During their time at Texas A&M, Heath also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Range Science and Management, which they completed in the same period.
