Sambou Makalou

Sambou Makalou is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ready Set since April 2019, Sambou leads efforts to enhance creative teams for top performance marketers through efficient video ad production. Prior to this role, Sambou held significant positions at Nanigans as GM & VP of Business Development and at Spotflag, Inc. as Founder, gaining valuable insights in performance marketing and social networking. Additional experience includes roles as Sr. Director at Yahoo!, Assistant Vice President at Redwood Trust, and Senior Product Manager at E*TRADE Financial. Sambou's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding Rising Data Solutions, which created a pioneering call center in West Africa. Academic credentials include an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
