Zoë Viking

Zoë Viking has worked for three companies, starting with Publix Super Markets in 2012 as a Deli Clerk, and then as an Assistant Deli Manager. In 2020, they moved to MyShopManager.com where they held the positions of Customer Experience Specialist, Tier 1 Support, Tier 2 Support, and Customer Support Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Manager, Operations and Manager, Support Operations at Bolt On Technology (Automotive).

Zoë Viking graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2020.
