Tanya Yaacoub Ncidq

Tanya Yaacoub NCIDQ is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various design roles, currently serving as the Director of UX and Client Engagement at Readybuild since April 2022. Tanya has previously held positions such as Lead Designer at Mahn Custom Homes and Renovations LLC, and Team Designer at Mosby Building Arts, where responsibilities included interviewing clients, developing design scopes, and managing client relations throughout the design phase. Additional roles encompass positions at BaumHouse Design, S.W. Scheipeter Construction, Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings, PPG Industries, Fischer and Frichtel, Taylor Morley Custom Homes, and American Heritage Homes, where Tanya specialized in client consultation, design analysis, and project specifications. Tanya earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1996.
