Erin N.

Erin N. has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Erin began their career in 2011 as an HR Advisor at Optalis, where they worked until 2015. Erin then joined WSH Group as an HR Advisor and remained in that position until 2018. In 2018, they moved to Readypower Group and held multiple roles, starting as an HR Advisor, then progressing to Human Resources Manager, and finally becoming the Head of Human Resources in May 2020.

Erin N. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach, from 2006 to 2008. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued further education at CIPD, where they obtained a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management.
