Russell Emmett Cooley

Russell Emmett Cooley has extensive experience in multimedia development and training coordination, currently serving as a Training Coordinator and Multimedia Developer at readysc within the SC Technical College System since February 2013. Prior to this role, Russell Emmett Cooley served as a Combat Photographer in the United States Air Force from 1988 to 2012. Educationally, Russell Emmett Cooley holds a degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained between 2011 and 2013, as well as a Master’s degree in Photojournalism from Syracuse University, pursued from 1999 to 2000.
