Brandon Bell, M. Ed, SPHR, TMP

Brandon Bell, M. Ed, SPHR, TMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Lead, Diversity & Inclusion for the North America division of Syngenta, a multinational agribusiness company. Brandon previously worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Syngenta.

In 2020, Brandon joined ReadySet as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator. Brandon later transitioned to the role of Consultant and Facilitator before leaving the company.

Prior to their roles at Syngenta and ReadySet, Brandon worked as the Executive in Residence for Organizational Development and Culture at the National FFA Organization from January 2022 to May 2023.

From 2017 to 2020, Brandon Bell was the Assistant Director of the Center for Race, Ethnicity, and Diversity Education at Elon University. Before that, they held the position of Program Advisor at UNC Wilmington from January 2016 to June 2017. Brandon also served as the Program Coordinator for "The Excellence Project" from April 2013 to December 2015.

Brandon's work experience also includes roles at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. where they worked as a Prevention Specialist from October 2011 to April 2013, and as a Crisis Intervention Specialist from July 2011 to September 2011.

Brandon Bell, M. Ed, SPHR, TMP has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Brandon also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Sociology from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Brandon has obtained several certifications. Brandon is certified as a GlobeSmart Inventory Certified by Aperian Global, and they have completed the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory certification from the same institution. Brandon is also a Certified Talent Management Professional, certified by the Talent Management Institute. Brandon earned their Certified Change Practitioner certification from Changefirst. Furthermore, Brandon is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner certified by CPP, Inc. Brandon has also completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training through the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Brandon holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI and is a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certified by SHRM. Finally, they are a Victim Service Practitioner certified by the North Carolina Victim Assistance Network.
