Jennifer Bustamante, Ph.D. has over 18 years of experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Jennifer currently works as a Principal Consultant at ReadySet, specializing in DEI consulting and People Science. Prior to this role, they were a Strategy & Consulting Manager at Accenture, where they led the development of learner communications strategies for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Gender Equality & Integration Initiative.

Jennifer has also worked as a Lead Consultant in Diversity & Inclusion at Aon, where they designed D&I strategies and developed change management plans. Jennifer gained experience working as a Senior Consultant at AlixPartners, partnering with global private equity firms and portfolio management teams to develop and implement leadership and human capital strategies.

Before that, Jennifer was a Senior Researcher at The Conference Board, where they significantly increased the global breadth of their Diversity & Inclusion research. Prior to that, they served as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Gallup, where they designed employee surveys to improve inclusion for under-represented minority segments and created D&I training curriculum.

Jennifer began their career at Pfizer as an HR Associate in Diversity & Inclusion, where they assisted in the development of the organization's diversity strategy and analyzed climate survey data.

Jennifer Bustamante, Ph.D. holds a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, as well as an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Jennifer also obtained an A.B. in Psychology & Spanish Literature from Dartmouth College.
