Paloma Figueroa

Paloma Figueroa has a strong background in human resources and employee experience. Paloma currently works at ReadySet as the Head of Employee Experience + People Leader, where they partner with the COO and CEO to implement employee experience initiatives aligned with strategic business goals. Paloma oversees all aspects of the HR employee lifecycle and provides coaching on policies and People processes. Prior to this role, they worked as a Principal Consultant II at ReadySet, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and helped client organizations develop inclusive HR practices.

Paloma also worked as a Program Associate/Regional Account Manager, coordinating trainings and assisting in the launch of social media and knowledge management strategies.

Paloma began their career in production coordination and marketing at The Research Board and Vivisimo, Inc respectively, where they gained experience in producing high-quality deliverables and managing event logistics. Paloma also worked as an Editorial Assistant at the New York Daily News, providing support to newspaper editors and writing and editing short pieces.

Additionally, Paloma has experience in event planning and programming, having served as the Entertainment Chairman/Event Planner at Carnegie Mellon University's Spring Carnival. Paloma supervised the planning and promotion of the festival and managed the entertainment budget.
