Ryan Letts (they/them)

Ryan Letts has a diverse work experience in various roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They started working as a Regional Sales Director at 3screens.com in September 2010 and held this role until March 2015. From March 2015 to August 2018, Letts worked at the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness, Inc. (GLAD) as an Accessibility Coordinator and Interpreter Referral Specialist. They then joined Trio Entertainment Services as an Operations Coordinator from August 2018 to May 2019. In May 2019, Letts joined ServiceTitan as a Project Coordinator and Co-Lead of the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, where they focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives and cross-functional projects. They also facilitated events and projects with various departments. From July to November 2020, they worked as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist and Advisor at Radical Accomplice. Most recently, since December 2020, they have been a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Facilitator at ReadySet.

Ryan Letts completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2020. They also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained various certifications related to communication, career development, diversity, and inclusion from LinkedIn.
