Viveka Kymal

Viveka Kymal is a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at ReadySet, where expertise in leveraging data to create human-centered diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions is applied. With a focus on integrating these principles into organizational strategies and HR processes, Viveka leads training sessions and develops learning tools on workplace bias and allyship. Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at ReadySet, where data-driven assessments and workshops were managed. Additionally, Viveka contributed to alumnae engagement at Bryn Mawr College, coordinated research projects at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, and gained operational insights at the NYC Mayor's Office of Operations and Thomson Reuters.
