Harry Philbrick

Harry Philbrick has worked in a variety of roles since 1993. Harry began their career at Digital Consulting & Software Services as a Project Manager, Account Manager, and Software Engineer. In 2000, they moved to Keane as a Senior Program Manager and Service Delivery Manager. In 2004, they joined InfoNow / Channel Insight as the Director of Project Management & Product Implementation. Two years later, they were promoted to Vice President of SaaS Operations. In 2008, they became the Vice President Of Professional Services at SageLogix, Inc. In 2009, they were the Director, Technology Service Delivery at Western Union. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at ReedGroup. In 2021, they moved to Finvi as the Senior Director, SaaS Migrations, Program Management, Process Reengineering. Most recently, they joined ReadyWorks as the Vice President of Customer Success.

Harry Philbrick obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and holds a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae certification from the Scrum Alliance.
