Michal Patryk Debicki

Michal Patryk Debicki has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and positions. Michal Patryk'smost recent role is as Vice President of Solution Development at Reailize, a B-Yond company, which they started in December 2022. Previously, they served as Field CTO at Guavus from March 2019 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for understanding customer needs, guiding development, and representing the customer in front of the engineering team. Prior to that, from November 2014 to February 2019, Michal was the Head of Network Analytics & Big Data at O2 (Telefónica UK). In this role, they managed a team and oversaw the design, development, and expansion of the company's Big Data platform. Michal Patryk also delivered innovative approaches to understanding network quality and user experience. Before their role at O2, Michal held multiple positions at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era) from 1999 to 2004, where they were involved in radio optimization and planning. Additionally, Michal has a strong educational background, including a PhD Scholarship at Gdansk University of Technology and scholarships at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and University of Southern California.

Michal Patryk Debicki began their education journey in 1989 at Gdansk University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications. Michal Patryk completed this program in 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, Debicki continued their education at the same institution, specializing in Electronics. Michal Patryk earned their Ph.D. from Gdansk University of Technology in 1999.
