Brenda Mancheno

Brenda Mancheno is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations for North America at Reaktor since December 2024. Previously, Brenda held the position of Head of HR at fifty-five from January 2023 to March 2024 and served as Head of Talent Management at Boosted.ai from November 2021 to June 2022. From July 2017 to October 2021, Brenda was the Director of Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition at HAP Capital, where responsibilities included managing recruitment strategy, HR reporting, employee engagement, and more. Prior to this, Brenda worked as an HR Operations Specialist at Related Companies from June 2015 to May 2017, supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and processing HR tasks. Brenda holds a double Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Adelphi University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
