Vas Zayarskiy

Vas Zayarskiy currently serves as a Senior Consultant and Head of Product at Reaktor, where significant contributions include scaling the Elements of AI brand in collaboration with the University of Helsinki and launching the Starting Up course at Slush 2019. Previous experience encompasses roles as Product Owner at Reaktor Education, CEO and Founder at Fayrworks, and Product Designer at Smartly.io, where key achievements included designing workflow tooling and promoting data-driven design methodologies. Vas also held the position of UI Lead at both BBVA, following the acquisition of Holvi, and Holvi, driving user-centric design processes and integrating analytics to enhance user flows and overall product experience.
