Debra Hopkins, CRIS, serves as the Director of Insurance at Real Capital Solutions since December 2012, focusing on risk identification and mitigation related to property loss, injury, and legal liability. Prior to this role, Debra worked as an Account Manager at Mountain Insurance Brokers, where responsibilities included training and managing new outside agents. Debra's experience also encompasses positions as Agent/Manager at Rick Baker & Associates and Manager of P&C at PFSI, where management and policy creation were key tasks. Debra began their insurance career at Welsh Agency, starting as a receptionist and progressing through various roles. Additionally, Debra completed a Certified Nurses Aide course at Good Samaritan Center and holds a General Education Diploma from the Adult Learning Center.
