Elisa Adam is a Senior Finance Manager at Real Capital Solutions, currently responsible for overseeing financial operations. With a strong background in finance, Elisa previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Miller Global Properties, LLC for 20 years. Prior to that, Elisa worked as an Acquisition Analyst at Broe Real Estate Group and as a Staff Accountant at Equity Residential. Elisa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
