Gaston Touafek has considerable experience in customer service and safety roles. Currently serving as a Client Concierge at Real Contact since November 2017, Gaston has previously worked as a lifeguard at The Colonnade Hotel and Harwich Recreation Department, where certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED were utilized to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations.
