Blaine Barker

Blaine Barker is a Senior Development Associate at Real Estate Equities, responsible for managing entitlements, financing, design, and project management of ground-up 4% LIHTC and mixed-income housing developments, with a portfolio of eight projects comprising approximately 1,200 units since September 2021. Previously, as a Development Associate at Dominium, Blaine oversaw the same responsibilities for nine multifamily developments across Texas and Minnesota, totaling over 2,000 units from June 2018 to September 2021.
