Antonio Marquez

Antonio Marquez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment management, currently serving as Managing Partner at Comunidad Partners since June 2007. This minority- and women-owned firm focuses on workforce and affordable housing within diverse communities across the United States while emphasizing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Additionally, Antonio serves as Chair Emeritus at Veritas Impact Partners, an organization dedicated to community enhancement and positive impact. In leadership roles within various prestigious organizations, including the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute, Antonio actively contributes to discussions on workforce housing and community development. Antonio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University and further developed expertise in affordable housing and management through programs at USC Marshall School of Business and Harvard University.
