Javier F. Gutierrez

Javier F. Gutierrez, Esq. is a Partner and Attorney at Law at Stuart Kane LLP since July 2013, focusing on real estate transactions and commercial litigation. Javier is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute since 2011, recognized with the 2012 Emergent Leadership Award and the 2016 Top 40 Under 40 in Real Estate Award from Urban Land Magazine. As a member of the Real Estate Executive Council since August 2021, Javier contributes to the professional advancement of minorities in the commercial real estate sector. Additional affiliations include memberships in the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, Thurgood Marshall Bar Association, John M.
