Abdulrahman Alhumaidan

Abdulrahman Alhumaidan, a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management, currently serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Strategy Sector of the Real Estate General Authority since February 2019. In this role, Abdulrahman develops and updates the sectoral strategy for the real estate sector and evaluates performance practices for the year 2023, commissioned by the Minister. Previously, Abdulrahman held the position of Senior Project Manager at the same authority and worked as a Mechanical Engineer on the Riyadh Metro Project. Abdulrahman also gained experience through training initiatives at King Saud University and the Saudi Electricity Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University, along with certifications from PMI (PMP) and AXELOS (PRINCE2).
