Dafer AlShehri, PhD, is a seasoned consultant and managing director with extensive experience in real estate and urban planning. Currently serving as a consultant at the Real Estate General Authority since April 2023, Dafer also holds the position of managing director at Frontiera Real Estate LTD, a Saudi-UK real estate company with significant investments in the London property market. In addition, Dafer serves as an advisor to the CEO at Sumou Real Estate Development Company, and has been involved in various roles including business development manager and certified instructor at the Saudi Real Estate Institute. Previous experience includes program evaluator at The World Bank, architect and project coordinator at INJAZ Development Company, and business development engineer at AlOula Real Estate Co. Dafer AlShehri holds a PhD in Urban Planning and Environmental Policy from Texas Southern University, along with multiple degrees in architecture and urban planning.
