Mohammed AlOtaibi is a seasoned Data and GIS Consultant at the Real Estate General Authority since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Title Registration Project in Saudi Arabia, serving on the Title Registration Committee, managing the parcel layer, and overseeing the performance of land registry PPP operators. Previously, Mohammed held the position of GIS Manager at the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture from November 2015 to August 2019, focusing on establishing a GIS Center and developing a geospatial strategy. Early career experience includes roles as GIS Administrator at GEOSA and GIS Analyst at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, with significant contributions to spatial data management and analysis. Mohammed AlOtaibi holds a master's degree in Information Security from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, a certificate in Land Governance from Utrecht University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
