Ziyad al-Qarawi

Ziyad Al-Qarawi, C-KPI, PMP, ACP, currently serves as the Director of Land Registry Operations at the Real Estate General Authority, where responsibilities include managing land registry PPP operator contractual performance and coordinating work programs with government agencies since May 2022. In addition, Ziyad has worked as a Senior Projects Manager at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since December 2018, focusing on strategic and operational planning and offering technical advice for project enhancement. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Site Engineer at Permasteelisa Group, along with a trainee role at Orak International Company. Ziyad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering from King Saud University.
