David Hutcheon

David Hutcheon is a full-time Broker with Real Estate Homeward and a College Professor. Before he started his real estate career in 2008, he already had a long list of accomplishments that have served him well as a realtor. David served in the Provincial and Municipal government. The Province appointed David as an adjudicator and mediator where he honed his negotiating skills and knowledge of land and environmental planning and Tenant law. He was Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal, a hearing officer for the Niagara Escarpment Commission and a member of the Rental Housing Tribunal. Prior to that he was an elected Toronto City Councillor, and became Budget Chief and Deputy Mayor. He has served as a Director of the Canadian Urban Institute, Runnymede Hospital and was a Toronto Harbour Commissioner.
