Jorge L. Guerra Jr.

Jorge Guerra Jr. is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Treasurer and Secretary for Florida Realtors since January 2023, Jorge has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Sales Force, Inc. since October 2004, focusing on strategic vision and direction. Previous roles include Global Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS® from January 2021 to January 2022 and Chairman of the Miami Association of Realtors in 2020. Jorge has also held significant positions within Florida Realtors, including Chair of the Top 50 Brokers Committee and has contributed to various forums on emerging business and technology. Jorge's educational background includes attendance at Christopher Columbus High School, Florida International University - College of Business, and Barry University.
