Roxsan Perez

Roxsan Perez is a licensed real estate salesperson and residential general contractor with extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as a partner with a local custom home builder at Patco Construction Residential, Inc., Roxsan manages marketing, lead generation, project planning, budgeting, and vendor relations. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Roxsan specializes in various aspects of real estate including rehabilitation, design, staging, new construction, and resale. Previous roles include serving as a telecom, energy, and banking consultant at ACN Telecom, and as a realtor/broker for multiple real estate firms including Highgarden Real Estate and Keller Williams. Roxsan holds an Associate's degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from Citrus College and has completed coursework at California Polytechnic State University-Pomona.
