Sarah N.

Sarah N. currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Granite Shoals since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Consultant for Jackson Walker LLP from August 2022 to October 2023. Sarah held dual positions as City Manager for the City of Flatonia and General Manager for the Flatonia Economic Development Corporation between January 2020 and December 2021. From June 2014 to November 2019, Sarah managed parks and recreation, as well as housing and code compliance, for the City of Rocklin. Additionally, Sarah was the Director for the City of Sacramento from October 2000 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Public Administration/Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations, both from the Florida Institute of Technology.
