Norbert Callau Arbo

Norbert Callau Arbo is an experienced fitness coach and sport scientist, currently serving as a Fitness Coach for the Real Federación Española de Fútbol since August 2025. Prior to this role, Norbert worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at FC Barcelona from July 2023 to August 2025, and as a Fitness Coach and Sport Scientist for AEK Larnaka FC from July 2020 to June 2023. Earlier positions include Fitness Coach at Gimnastic de Tarragona SAD from July 2018 to June 2020 and Professor at Federació Catalana de Futbol between September 2014 and September 2016. Norbert holds multiple advanced degrees in sports science, including a Master’s Degree in High Performance in Team Sports from Barça Innovation Hub, a Professional Master’s Degree in Football from FC Barcelona, and a Bachelor's in Sports Science and Physical Education from Inefc. Additional qualifications include a diploma in Physical Data Analysis and a UEFA B diploma from the Real Federación Española Fútbol.
