Luis Ramirez

Luis J Ramirez has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Luis J currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Real Floors. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Dialight from 2017 to 2021 and at MC Assembly from 2012 to 2017. Luis J also worked at Cooper Bussmann as the Managing Director Automation Products and Director Global Operations and Supply Chain from 2010 to 2012. Before that, Luis held multiple positions at Laird Technologies, including General Manager - EMI Global Operations, General Manager Signal Integrity Products, Director of Operations - Americas, Site General Manager, and Operations Manager - Conductive Elastomers. Luis J began their career at Thomas & Betts and Eaton Electrical as an Engineering Manager and Design Engineer, respectively.

Luis J Ramirez has a diverse education history. Luis J obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree in Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, from 1998 to 2000. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, which they completed from 1988 to 1994. Additionally, they hold a certification of Certified Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
