Susan Graham

Susan Graham has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and previously as the Director of Training and Quality Assurance at Real Floors since February 2008. Prior to this role, Susan worked as the Director of Operations at CII from May 2003 to February 2008. Earlier in Susan's career, from December 1993 to May 2003, Susan held the position of Regional Office Manager and Contracts Administrator at Equity Residential, and also worked as an Administrative professional at Spectrum Real Estate for a brief period in 1993. Susan completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Meredith College between 1983 and 1987.
