Tammy Daugherty

Tammy started her career with Real Floors as a Customer Service Representative in 1993 and quickly began to take on more responsibility. Due to her tenacity and thorough knowledge of the system, Tammy moved up to Purchasing and then established herself as the Assistant to the President. In this role, Tammy was the chief architect in creating the processes and systems necessary to accommodate the company’s rapid growth. In 2013, Tammy was promoted to Vice President of Operations where she has continued her work in training, expanding the company’s use of technology, and developing better ways for the company to operate efficiently. At home, Tammy likes to read, hike, garden, and work out. She also enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Mandy.
