Achim Endreß

Achim Endreß has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked at Mercedes-AMG GmbH, where they held positions such as Vertriebsplaner S-Klasse & Sportscars and participated in strategic volume planning. In 2016, they joined Mercedes-Benz AG, where they served as Sales Operations Notbetriebsteam Corona and later became a Product Owner for various projects, utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum. In 2021, Achim worked at Tafel Deutschland e.V. as an Ehrenamtlicher Mitarbeiter before joining karriere tutor GmbH to pursue further education in classical and agile project management. Finally, in 2022, they became the Head of Software Development at Real Garant by Zurich.

Achim Endreß completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL und Marketing at Reinhold-Würth-Hochschule Künzelsau from 2004 to 2009. Achim has also obtained various certifications in project management, including the Prince2 Agile Practitioner Certificate in Agile Project Management, IPMA LEVEL D Certified Project Management Associate, Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management, Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), and The Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).
